Heather Pyle, M.D., joined the board of TEGA in 2015.
As a part of TEGA’s executive team Heather brings a unique background of practicing medicine and management consulting in service to our clients. After completing an undergraduate degree in History at Yale University, she trained in emergency medicine at Northwestern in Chicago, learning quickly how to think rapidly on her feet and prioritize urgent issues on multiple fronts while there. She left and joined McKinsey and Company, where she spent close to 5 years offering strategic and operational direction to healthcare and retail clients both in the U.S. and abroad.
Along with guiding TEGA’s strategic direction as part of the executive team, she is focused on building on TEGA’s success in wireless retail and automotive – expanding into healthcare and the broader retail space. Heather is a past executive board member of the Juvenile Protection Agency, a current member of the Yale Club of Dallas and Worldwide Association of Female Professionals. She is fluent in French.
